India completed a commanding 3-0 T20I series sweep over
Zimbabwe with a 35-run victory in the third and final match at Harare Sports
Club.

Opting to bat first, India set an imposing total of 192/5 in
20 overs, driven by a sensational performance from 15-year-old prodigy Vaibhav
Sooryavanshi. Batting with remarkable maturity and aggression, Sooryavanshi
top-scored with 81 off just 49 deliveries, featuring eight boundaries and four
sixes. He anchored a key 75-run partnership with Ishan Kishan, who made 29.
Captain Shreyas Iyer contributed a swift 27, while Rinku Singh added a late
flourish with his 25 off 14 balls to push India past 190. Brad Evans was the
pick of the bowlers for Zimbabwe, taking 2/41.
In response, Zimbabwe’s run chase ran into immediate trouble
against a disciplined Indian bowling attack. Speedster Mayank Yadav struck on
the very first ball of the innings to set the tone. Yash Thakur dismantled the
top order with quick dismissals, including Zimbabwe skipper Sikandar Raza for a
duck.
Despite a valiant effort from Ryan Burl, who scored an unbeaten 54 off 43 balls and put together a 60-run stand with Wessly Madhevere (28), the hosts lacked the support needed to maintain the climbing run rate. Mayank Yadav finished with outstanding figures of 3/29, while Thakur took two wickets to restrict Zimbabwe to 157/7. Sooryavanshi was named both Player of the Match and Player of the Series for his dominant batting display throughout the tour.
